Fleet Vehicle Auction
The Athabasca Tribal Council has two fleet vehicles for sale and are offering them to:
Members of First Nations that are affiliated with the Athabasca Tribal Council (identification or verification from your First Nation’s membership clerk is required), and
Employees of the Athabasca Tribal Council
for purchase by closed auction.
Bid offers are to be submitted via email to info@atcfn.ca on or before March 15th, 2024.
Emails must include:
• Your Name
• Your Phone Number
• Your First Nation (ATC member Nation)
• Your status card or card number for verification
• The vehicle you are bidding on
• Your bid price

Test drives will not be permitted.
Vehicles must be paid by certified cheque, bank draft, or cash prior to release.
Athabasca Tribal Council Affiliated First Nation members or Athabasca Tribal Council staff members must arrange for transportation of the vehicle as shipping will not be provided
All property is offered “AS IS, WHERE IS”. The Athabasca Tribal Council makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
The Athabasca Tribal Council will contact the successful bid application by email. The bid applicant will be given 3 business days to provide payment in full via certified cheque, bank draft, or cash. The vehicle will need to be picked up within 24 hours of completion of payment.
