The ESR will conduct risk and safety assessments specific to mental health, conduct mental check-ins, offer support, and assist in developing after-care plans for members in alignment with cultural practices.

Under the supervision of the Mental Health and Wellness Outreach team Supervisor, the Mental Health Cultural Liaison Worker (MHCL) will be responsible for delivering immediate mental health, wellness, and culturally appropriate outreach responses to nation members in crisis. The Mental Health Cultural Liaison will conduct risk and safety assessments specific to mental health, conduct mental check-ins, offer support and assist in developing after-care plans for members accessing services.
