Missing Murdered Exploited Indigenous Peoples (MMEIP) Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Director of Education, Culture and Language, the MMEIP Coordinator will be responsible for coordination and implementation of the Regional MMEIP Taskforce Action Plan within the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB), supporting Indigenous families who have been impacted by MMEIP.
Director, Employment & Training
The Director of Employment and Training is responsible for developing partnerships to create training and work experience projects that lead to employment for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit. These partnerships will help clients and members gain the necessary skills and work experience to obtain and maintain long-term employment. The objectives of ATC’s Employment and Training Department are to:
Support First Nations, Métis, and Inuit clients and members in obtaining and maintaining long- term, sustainable employment.
Create workplace training opportunities in occupations that are in demand in the labour market.
Support the development of partnerships between First Nations, industry, educational institutions, and government.
Director, Child and Family Services
The Director of CFS is responsible for the overall management of Child and Family Services, including Family Enhancement, Intervention Services, and Kinship/Foster Care to ATC’s affiliated First Nation’s communities. This role involves financial management, providing expert advice, and ensuring the delivery of quality services in line with new legislation and a family-centered approach.
Medical Transportation Driver - Fort McMurray
Under the supervision of the Medical Transportation Coordinator the Medical Transportation Driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of patients to and from the airport, hospital, and to various medical appointments. This includes supporting the team in arranging appointments and communicating these arrangements to the relevant parties. Alternatively, when not transporting patients, the position will work to assist the Medical Transportation Coordinator.
